The 3rd SSAPI Project Progress Review in Bhutan was successfully hosted from 6th to 9th March 2024. The meeting is hosted by two Partners universities from Bhutan (College of Science & Technology(CST), Royal University of Bhutan(RUB) and Faculty of Nursing & Public Health(FNPH), Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB).
The meeting was begun with an inaugural ceremony in the Convention Hall of Royal University of Bhutan and graced by the President of the KGUMSB, Vice Chancellor of RUB, Registrar, Directors, Deans and senior officials from both universities and Bhutan Qualification & Professional Certification Agency that acts as National Accreditation Agency. The participants and guests were introduced about SSAPI project, Bhutan & GNH, and an overview of RUB and KGUMSB. The remaining 3 days of the meeting was conducted in the Conference Hall of FNPH/KGUMSB, and concluded with hiking trip to the Tiger Nest-Paro Taktshang.
